How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Demandcream Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Demandcream Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider you were connected with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Still, tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Please know that Demandcream Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send Your Complaint

Write to contact@demandcream.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you hope we can do

After You Write

You will get an email from us confirming we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general or your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help as well.
