Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Demandcream Tree Service wants demandcream.living to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we think about it. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make the site usable for as many people as we can. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Allow the whole site to be used with only a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from outside sources, such as embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or send an email to contact@demandcream.living and we will do our part to help.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible the site is. Please email contact@demandcream.living and include:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Keeps Going
Accessibility is never finished. As the site changes, we will keep it in mind and keep making it better.
Request a callback
Tell us about your tree and what the weather has done to it. Request an estimate, and a local provider can follow up with questions and next steps.
